Chrome Plater

As a Chrome Plating team members you will be expected to do the following duties

-Racking and handling hydraulic rods and cylinders.

-Able to carry up to 50lbs

-Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day

-Masking identified areas on the parts.

-Operating overhead cranes.

-Safely placing parts into chrome tanks for processing.

-Safely removing parts from chrome tanks.

-Rinsing parts to prepare for polish.

-Safely operating company forklifts, training provided by USF.

-Measuring parts and performing simple math.

-Accurately reading turn dial micrometers, training provided by USF.

-Proper identification of all containers and their contents.

-Identifying safe handling procedures as well as using appropriate PPE (provided by the company) of all chemicals per specification, operating procedures and specific SDS.
